Property Investment with Sophie Landgren

Filed under: Uncategorized — admin @ 5:45 pm

Investing in your first property is a big step, something which shouldn’t be taken lightly or without proper research. Sophie Landgren know this all too well as she looks to make her first financial investment in the property sector despite only being in her early 20’s. Real estate is seen as a good way to generate money for your future, which is one of the major reasons Sophie is looking to invest,

“People always say you can’t go wrong with property, which is why I want to buy one now and set myself up for the future.”

It’s a smart move, but not one without complications. Money is the biggest factor. With houses costing in the hundreds of thousands it isn’t a cheap investment to make, which is why Sophie advises others to start saving early,

“I’ve always had property in mind, so I started sacrificing the superficial things during my teens in order to have more money now for property,” She says “It was through advice from my Dad that I thought to do it, but I understand that it isn’t for every young person.”

If it is for you, then Sophie’s advice is to definitely start saving early. It may seem hard to neglect the ‘fun’ things of your youth for the sake of buying a house further down the track, but it’s something Sophie says can be done. “Sacrificing only the unnecessary things” is the key, along with keeping an eye to the future at all times.

Sophie Landgren is looking to buy her first property very soon – follow her lead and you could be too!
