Ric Hayter – Asian Pacific Forest Lake Real Estate
Ric Hayter is the founder and principal of Asian Pacific Forest Lake (APFL), a real estate property sales and management firm. He is also a partner of the Asian Pacific Property Group which was founded in 2001. Its headquarters are in Milton, Australia. Other office locations include Melbourne, Sydney, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore. APFL has dominated the local property market. This success can be attributed to the visionary leadership of Ric Hayter. He has used his wide experience in business, investing and real estate to propel APFL to a dominant position in the market.
Ric Hayter is not new to setting up businesses and making them phenomenally successful. In the late 1970s, Ric Hayter set up Winchcombe Carson. He built it into of the largest independent financial planning organisations before selling it in 1984. After that he set up no less than three financial planning companies. These three companies have offices spanning the globe. In 2005, Ric Hayter’s financial planning companies went into a partnership with Millhouse IAG. As a consequence, Ric Hayter’s services as a keynote speaker were in high demand. He has conducted numerous training seminars on financial planning and investing.
Ric has always had a profound interest in real estate. In 1994, he founded Queensland property & Share Academy, a firm that teaches people about the equities and real estate market in a classroom environment. Subsequently, Ric Hayter has trained thousands of first time equity and property investors in Australia and South East Asia in the basics of investment analysis and risk management. Ric also happens to be a fully licensed real estate agent.
In addition to having a successful track record in financial planning and real estate, Ric Hayter is currently involved in a renewable energy and shade venture known as SKYShades. SKYShades is now the leading solar energy shade solutions provider in Australia, South East Asia, The Middle East and the USA. He cofounded the firm together with golfing legend Greg Norman.
Ric Hayter sounds like a very successful man. Apfl and all Hayter’s other companies appear to be very good and successful.
